Object: Each person will have 16 picks to draft a team. (Example: 2 QB'S, 4 RB'S, 4 WR'S, 2 TE'S, (or 2 extra receivers), 2 K'S, and 2 Defenses. Each week you will give a line up of your team consisting of a QB, 2 RB's, 2 WR's, 1 TE (or x-R), 1 K and 1 Defense. You will score points off your team trying to win as many games as possible. The 4 teams with the best records will go to the playoffs. In case of a tie, the team with the most total points will go to the playoffs. Regular season consists of 14 weeks. Week 15 will be considered the "Playoffs." Week 16 will be the "Super Bowl."

Draft day will be August 28, 2005 at 10:00am. All team owners must be present in order to enter the league. There will be no substitutes for team owners on draft day. Any rules that are not on this list of rules will not apply to this league unless added on by draft day. Only rules voted on by the league by draft day will be added.

Rules:

  1. 1. All line ups must be submitted by 1:00 PM Sunday. When there is a Thursday or Saturday game your line up must be turned in by kickoff for any players included in that game.  Once an early game kicks off, players on them teams will become locked on your roster...whether on the bench or starting.

  2. All stats will be handled by cbssports.com and their rulings are final.

  3. Any protests on scoring must be made to the commissioner within two weeks of the game. After such time the protest will be forfeited.

  4. There will be NO TRADES. To receive a free drop, a player the player must be place on IR or cut from a team. Each team will be allowed three free drops and pick ups each half. You may replace your roster with any position you choose. (Example: You drop a Receiver and pick up a Running Back) The first half drops and pick ups must be done by week 7's line up deadline. The second half drops and pick ups must be done by the last week's line up deadline.  A team owner that drafts a player that is holding out on their contract is exempt. That is a chance that each team owner takes when drafting the player

  5. All drops and pickups must be made between Tuesday and Sunday. All drops and pickups should be made under waivers section on the website. Priority drops will be based on current standings last place first through first place last and will be processed at 2AM on Thursday. All other drops will be on a first come first serve basis.  From midnight Wednesday untill 1PM Sunday you can make pickups on the website in real time.  Once a player is dropped and another player picked up the roster for the team owner will change immediately. Any player involved in early game may not be picked up until the following week after their game has began.  Also no player dropped by one team may be picked up until the following week.

OFFENSE: Touchdowns - 6 Points

QB's, *RB's, *WR's and *TE's

Field Goals: 30 or less yards 3 points

31 - 40 yards 4 points

41 - 49 yards 5 points

50 + yards 6 points

Touchdown extra points - 1 point

2 point conversions - 2 point

Rushing & Receiving yards - 1 points every 10 yards

Passing yards - 1 points every 20 yards

Interceptions - -2 points

DEFENSE: Touchdowns - 6 points

Sacks - 1 point

Interceptions - 2 points

Fumble Rec - 2 points

Safeties - 2 points

Shut Outs - 5 points

Note: This includes Running backs, Wide receiver and Tight ends that throw the ball to another player who in turn scores a touchdown off that throw.


Note: All protests or discrepancies will be looked at by the commissioner who will present them to the league for a vote.
